the zoro earring 3-in1 is near perfect. it looks so good!! I only have 1 problem with it:
because it's a single piece, it's heavy and sags.
if the 3 bars were maybe a bit smaller or had some type of support it would be perfect. but as it stands right now I have to press the backing against my ear to hold it in place. only able to wear it a few hours at a time because of this.

Absolutely beautiful. Light weight. My only disappointment is all the care instructions say to remove before showering. All the gold vermil I own the company boasted how u can put the item on and nvr take off. And that’s exactly wat I’ve done with those pieces and they all shine like the first day I got them. I worry that the quality is not as good as the other ones since I’m not to wear it in water. But it’s still beautiful and I love it regardless. Just can’t wear daily like I’d like.

While you may see some jewelry marketed as something you can “never take off,” we prefer to be transparent about the care that will help your jewelry look its best for as long as possible. For plated and vermeil jewelry, we always recommend taking a little extra care to preserve the finish. Our pieces can get wet, but repeated exposure to water, soaps, chlorine, lotions, and other products can gradually affect the finish over time. That’s why we recommend removing your jewelry before showering or swimming whenever possible — not because getting it wet will ruin it, but simply to prolong its shine and lifespan. We’d rather give you the best care advice than promise that any plated piece is completely unaffected by everyday wear. 💕

I purchased these earrings with the butterfly backings (so cute) and the product came beautifully packaged and on time. The backings were missing from the original package but customer service was able to identify the cause of the issue (Shopify haha) and then quickly send the rest of my items. Their team was courteous and friendly and followed up in a timely manner. I’m very happy with my experience and can’t wait to get more pieces from this brand. The quality of these earrings are wonderful and look exactly as advertised!

These earring backs are so cute, I’m so glad I added them to my purchase (sailor moon earrings). When I got my original order I couldn’t find the earring backs in the packaging an reached out to their support team who were courteous, had good information and next steps for me to follow to resolve the error. When I ordered, I used Shopify to finish the payment and delivery information and a glitch from the Shopify side caused an issue for the Vivamacity team when fulfilling the order. My earring backs were sent in a follow up package that they took the time and care to package beautifully within the next week. Thank you so much for resolving my issue and I’m looking forward to purchasing additional items! The quality is great and looks just like it’s advertised on the website.

I was pleasantly surprised by the dainty quality of the cosmic necklace; it immediately became one of my favorite pieces I own. While the pendant is smaller than I anticipated compared to the listing photos, it is well-made and doesn't feel or look cheap. I chose the silver version but want the gold too lol. I always wanted grown-up jewelry to nod to my passion for Sailor Moon, and I can't wait to add more to my collection. The design is perfect and better than what I could have imagined to represent my childhood. Perfect for daily wear or to dress up. I absolutely love it!
